Cake
- 200 g dark baking chocolate
- 7 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
Frosting
- 100 g dark baking chocolate
- 45 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
Instructions
Cake
- Melt chocolate & butter on low heat
- Stir in sugar.
- Whip in eggs.
- Stir in flour.
- Butter glass baking pan (9×13″) – pour in.
- Bake at 190° C / 375º F, 22 mins.
Frosting
- Melt all on low heat
- Drizzle on cake when cooled.
